IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES Pilates Plus San Fernando Valley will do its best to accommodate you in its classes. All classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 24hr cancellation policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. For regularly priced sessions or packages the session in question will be deducted from your account. For monthly unlimited packages you will incur a $25.00 fee on your credit card on file. The classes are small and book fast. Clients are confirmed in the order in which they were received. There will be no exceptions to that rule. You are responsible for your own booking. All bookings must be done through our automated system. The front desk will be glad to set you up and assist you if you need it. A valid email address is mandatory when using our automated booking system.
